This conversion transforms an industrial warehouse into a corporate office space and trading floor. The building is located in an industrial office park adjacent to an interstate highway. This highway frontage property, which once provided easy transportation access to its industrial tenant, now features a new pedestrian entrance signaling its transformation from industrial use to professional occupancy. A new distinct translucent channel glass curtain wall system that filters daylight into the trading floor and office space distinguishes the building and its corporate identity. The translucent glass obscures views to the immediate surroundings including the adjacent warehouses and parking lot while providing uniform interior light without glare on computer monitors.
