Roger Ferris, AIA, RIBA Mr. Ferris is the founding principal of Roger Ferris + Partners and is responsible for directing the design and master planning work of the firm. Under his guidance, Roger Ferris + Partners has been the recipient of numerous national and regional design awards for institutional, commercial and residential work. A graduate and Loeb Fellow of Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design, Mr. Ferris is an active member of the American Institute of Architects, the Royal Institute of British Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He has frequently served as a lecturer and design juror, most recently for the AIA chapter in Miami. His work has been cited by the American Institute of Architects and the National Trust for Historic Preservation among others, and has been featured in numerous design, real estate and construction publications.
Dave Beem, AIA Mr. Beem is a partner at Roger Ferris + Partners whose primary responsibility is organizing and running the Commercial Studio for the office. An integral and driving force at RF+P for over 23 years, Mr. Beem has extensive experience in high profile financial services projects, headquarter buildings, hospitality projects and municipal work. Mr. Beem’s expert leadership in the regulatory entitlement process has laid the foundation for successful projects with clients which include Morgan Stanley, National Hall, Topping Rose House, the Royal Bank of Scotland, and recently the KING Performing Arts Center. A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Mr. Beem volunteers on a number of local municipal boards and is NCARB registered.
Robert Marx, AIA Mr. Marx is an award-winning Architect who has been with Roger Ferris + Partners for over fifteen years. He is responsible for directing design development, contract documentation and contract administration for residential and recreational projects. Mr. Marx’s work ranges from precisely detailed residential interiors to large estates and country clubs. Mr. Marx is a graduate of Yale University and earned a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas. Mr. Marx has thirty years of architectural experience.
